Taylor Swift apsolutno je na krovu sveta! To nam potvrđuju i nominacije za MTV Video Music Awards, s obzirom da će ona imati čak osam nominacija, prenosi CBS News. U slučaju da Taylor nekako osvoji sedam statua, to će je staviti na drugu poziciju na večnoj listi!
Trenutno, ispred nje su Beyonce sa 28, odnosno Madonna sa 20 trofeja, a Taylor ih ima 14. Taylor ima neke od najvažnijih nominacija, uključujući onu za spot godine i pesmu godine („Anti-Hero“ u oba slučaja). Nakon Taylor, najviše nominacija ima SZA (šest), a onda sledi Kim Petras sa pet, koliko imaju i Doja Cat, Miley Cyrus, Nicki Minaj, Olivia Rodrigo i Sam Smith. Od velikih zvezda, nominacije imaju još i Demi Lovato, Dua Lipa, Ed Sheeran, Cardi B, Lana Del Rey, Maneskin, ali i Selena Gomez koja je nominovana za pesmu godine sa numerom „Calm Down“. Interesantno je da u latino kategoriji ponovo nema Tini, iako je ona u samom vrhu najvećih zvezda ove vrste muzike. Ipak, radi se o tome da u ovoj kategoriji mogu biti nominovane samo zvezde koje imaju uspešnu karijeru u Sjedinjenim Državama.
Posebno ističemo i k-pop nominacije kojih ima dosta, a za titulu najboljeg k-pop izvođača bore se aespa, BLACKPINK, Fifty Fifty, Seventeen, Stray Kids i TXT. Sem toga, BLACKPINK imaju još tri nominacije, sve za pesmu „Pink Venom“. Takođe, TXT se takmiče u kategoriji za nastup godine!
